Bought an Emma mattress from Hunters and was let down at the last minute by Emma. Nigel of Hunters was very helpful and resolved the issue by delivering the same day from their own stock. Excellent service above and beyond expected from a shop who was only able to fulfill the delivery promise through their own initiative, no thanks to Emma. Thank you Hunters.

I was pleased with this furniture shop as they did a price match on an item I had been looking for. No problems, friendly, helpful people and I had the item delivered within a couple of days of speaking to them. This is how a business should be run. Highly recommended.

We went furniture shopping and went into a few places. We then went to our usual shop ' Hunters ' and saw a few items we liked and the price was about right. Service was as usual, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hunters and their great team.

We visited Hunter’s on Sunday 8th October and ended up purchasing some living room furniture from Doug. He was extremely helpful, customer focused, and gave us the time we needed in-store, to make a decision on our purchase, helping with fabric choices and colours. The General Store Manager is an absolute gem in today’s society alone, and a true gentlemen (who incidentally is also named Doug!). I cannot emphasise just how amazing they made our visit and purchase. We look forward to the delivery of our items, and will certainly be making more purchases from this independent, and hidden gem of a store in Derby that I never knew existed.
