The Gym Group Derby

Good gym has everything you need one thing i would like to see is a cold shower. All the showers in the changing rooms are hot a cold one would be nice after a hard workout👍

This is a clean, modern gym with good facilities and friendly staff.. A special special shout out to Iggy and Cain they are top qualities guys that are always very helpful.. The atmosphere is pleasant and patrons in the gym are friendly. It's a pleasant place to work out. Ps we could do with some new equipment though 😉 #Legs

Perfect and very competitively priced at £16 a month. A mixture of Free Weights and machines. A good area to practise Yog! Yog recommended by the NHS and several Health Authorities throughout the World! Last pic is of the Yog area!
