Good gym has everything you need one thing i would like to see is a cold shower. all the showers in the changing rooms are hot a cold one would be nice after a hard workout👍
This is a clean, modern gym with good facilities and friendly staff.. a special special shout out to iggy and cain they are top qualities guys that are always very helpful.. the atmosphere is pleasant and patrons in the gym are friendly. it's a pleasant place to work out. ps we could do with some new equipment though 😉 #legs
Perfect and very competitively priced at £16 a month. a mixture of free weights and machines. a good area to practise yog! yog recommended by the nhs and several health authorities throughout the world! last pic is of the yog area!
