As a part of the team at Helping Hands Derby, I feel valued and supported by my managers and my team. We are motivated by our passion to help people remain in their own home, by supporting them to maintain their independence in all aspects of life. We assist customers all across Derby and have over 120+ hourly care branches nationwide, as well as Live-In Care Manager in every region!

I’ve worked for Helping Hands for 3 1/2 years, I would recommend them to anybody needing support in the home, great care is taken to find out what the customers needs are and the support to both the customers and staff is brilliant. Training is comprehensive and thorough , and communications with the office are really good. Helping Hands really does care and go the extra mile .

I have been with Helping Hands since May last year. I absolutely love my job here, I have being doing care for over 20 years and this company shines. We are so supported the office staff are very quick to respond when needed. The care manager goes above and beyond to make sure we are OK and supported each day. Training is excellent and through and kept up to date. I lost a few family members last year and the office and management were there for me every step of the way for me. I have a amazing run with amazing clients. I love to see there eyes light up with a huge smile when I arrive. Its not like going to work, it's like going to see my family. I would give 10 stars and more
