I cannot praise all at radfield home care derby enough. everyone has been amazing with my grandparents over the last few months. they were respectful of their wishes at all times and brought smiles to their faces each day. it was wonderful to see. i would absolutely recommend all at radfield home care derby.

I contacted radfield just prior to xmas to see if they could help with the day to day care of my mum, who has the early stages of dementia. sam and lisa met with us (me and mum) and proved to be friendly and knowledgable: they truly understood my mum's condition and the care she needed. we're a week into the new care programme, having opted to start care just after the new year and already the change in my mum is noticeable. she is happy and cared for, having previously been very withdrawn. she has a dedicated carer see her morning and evening who has been wonderful, exceeding all of our expectations. above all, donna cares for my mum as if she is her own family, it's heartwarming to see and my mum absolutely adores seeing her. radfield also have an amazing app which provides families with a log of the visit. i would not hesitate to recommend sam and her team, they truly want to provide the best care possible.

I have been working at radfield home care since november, it truly is the best care company i have ever come across. sam and jon are always there to guide you, and always there if you need them. the level of care is exceptional. before we go on visits, we are always get to meet and greet with sam. it's not like going to work, it's like going to see our family. i have found my forever job...

I was looking for a job that would give me work experience for my future career and so applied to radfield home care. the training package looked excellent but i was nervous about visiting clients for the first time, however sam and bryan were so supportive. they both believe in a meet and greet policy, which means that i was introduced to the clients before my first visit. i know that sam and bryan are always on the end of the phone if i have any queries. the support and care they expect is outstanding. i’m not just there to do a list of jobs, but i have time to get to know the clients and spend time with them which i think is very important, especially during lockdown when i was the only person they would see on a daily basis. i really feel a part of the radfield team and this job has definitely confirmed that i would love my future career to be along these lines.

Radfield care have been providing home care for my mother twice a week for the last three months. i’ve found them to be responsive, proactive, flexible and most importantly kind and caring to my mum. she enjoys the company of a regular friendly face and has built up trust and friendship with her carer. the care provided is person-centred with my mum’s safety, wellbeing and preferences always at heart. a few months in we have had a review now and added different tasks to address mum’s changing needs - this has all been done proactively by radfield, involving both me and mum in an efficient but personalised and thoughtful way. radfield have personally given me a great deal of reassurance and a peace of mind that my mum is safe and happy on the days they visit. i love to read the visit notes on the app they use to see what she has been up to with her carer. i would happily recommend radfield care to anyone looking for home care in and around derby.
