Person centred care for both staff and customer a team that support each other.

Excellent care shown to my father over a 2 year period, took an interest in all the things he was involved with and made him feel well cared for and gave us peace of mind.

The care is very good but the administrative side let's the company down. People turning up very late without a phone call to advise. Also allocating care slots outside the agreed times.

R@H have been caring for my parents for more than 4 years now and I cannot fault them on the level of commitment to delivery of quality care. They have been wonderful. Compared to other providers they are expensive but we have been happy to pay more in order to get the level of service and person-centred care that they have delivered.
