Holiday Inn Derby - Riverlights, an IHG Hotel

I stayed in hotel for 2 weeks due to business visit. This place is very good in terms of cleanliness, hospitality, service and specially food. I met Girish who work as chef here is very good chef. He did prepared very tasty food and good person to talk too… I also met Farinaa who is receptionist and she is very good and interacting person. Thanks all for making my stay comfortable. Will visit soon.

Stayed here at the weekend (for Download festival), staff were super friendly, room rate was reasonable, breakfast was good as was location. I’ve stayed here previously (for work) and can’t fault it, I know there were some issues with air con which we were told about at check in but our room (given the recent very hot weather) seemed okay although air con unit was quite noisy hence the 4 rather than 5 stars. Overall a good experience

Lovely room and great location, being literally around the corner from the bus station. Good selection at breakfast as well. Would definitely stop here again.

I stayed two weeks with my mum the customer service from all the staff was outstanding consistently thoughout our stay! Service was always with a smile which was lovely.We were made to feel welcome by all the staff. The rooms were brilliantly clean and serviced every day of our stay!It was always nice to come back in the afternoon to a clean room :) Breakfast was included in our stay which was always fresh hot and delicious! It  Included lots of options.I Looked forward to the latte every morning😋 Overall we had such a pleasant experience we definitely will be staying here again. Just want to stay thank you to all the lovely staff for making our stay so comfortable and wonderful :)
