Grays attended a faulty Upvc door, which wouldn’t open. They quickly opened it and replaced the broken gearbox. Danny was very polite and tidy. Would definitely recommend this company

Had a problem with my window lock, rang Grays and within 48hrs they came and sorted it within an hour. Great service from Danny, the problem wasn't what was originally expected but he still managed to find the part and fix there and then.

The customer service team answered promptly and were very friendly and helpful. They understood I was in a rush but couldn't lock the door. Danny who attended to fix the issue rang within half hour of making the call to say he would be around 20 minutes. He managed to fix the door and the fittings as they were out if alignment, now the door works better then it did when I moved in! He also noticed the front door was sticking and fixed that for me too. So I no longer have to kick the door to open it. Absolutely an amazing service and very good value for money. Would recommend and use them again for any other problems. Thank you very much.
