Jaimmie Fox Sports Massage

I now have Jaimmie as my regular deep tissue massage therapist. I am qualified as a massage therapist myself and knew what was needed. Finding a massage therapist that `listens` to the body and knows how to work on knots, muscle spasms is not easy. Jaimmie ticks all the boxes because she is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and is approachable ie listens to you to ensure she designs the best combination of massage techniques to help you.

Jaimmie was recommended to me by my personal trainer. I work in dance and theatre and my body/ muscles consistently need some attention. Jaimmie's Sports massages have helped hugely in reducing pain and muscle tightness, helping me to keep mobile and able to work. I have had upper and lower body massages and see Jaimmie on a regular basis. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable and offers a very safe, clean and comfortable environment. I have already recommended Jaimmie to several colleagues/ friends and family and will continue to do so in the future.

What a find! Had my first massage with Jaimmie yesterday, likely to be the first of many. She's SO good. I've had regular massages for 20 years (I'm a personal trainer) and am very excited to have found someone so good. She's got the instinct for pressure and is strong enough to apply it when and where it's required but what I liked best was how well she listened to me. Some therapists appear to listen but still then go ahead and do their own thing/routine regardless. Jaimmie followed my requests to the letter, it sounds simple doesn't it? But this is quite a find. Jammie is very professional and has forensic knowledge of sports injuries. I had a chronic TFL muscle injury that was incredibly painful day and night. Jammie treated me over several weeks. Without Jammie 's treatment I don't know how I would have coped. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Jaimmie for sports massage for over a year now, and I can unreservedly recommend her work. She is generous with her time, and enjoys what she does. It hurts, but in a good way. I'm 68, and a competitive rower, and Jaimmie is a good part of what keeps me going.
