I had a great experience buying a bed and mattress. Ben's customer service was truly excellent. He was knowledgeable, listened to my requirements and spent time showing me options in a range of prices. A great example of personalised customer service, i couldn't have asked for anything more.

We were welcomed by a lovely lady called Nina. She was very helpful and very informative. We wanted a Tempur mattress, so Nina introduced us to the sleepmatch to see which one would be suitable for us. We chose our mattress, Nina then explained the advantages of the insurance cover for the mattress, we considered it to be of advantage to us.

Excellent customer service from very knowledgeable staff. Not at all pushy and give both personal views based on their experience of the different beds, along with the text book answers. Would certainly return again.

Thank you Jo for your time and patience yesterday. After explaining what we needed , we ordered a single divan and mattress. Jo did quite a lot of research for us, ensuring the shortest delivery time for our tight schedule. We had time to make our decision on our own. Thanks for the coffee, we were ready for it after a difficult day.

We went in to buy a new mattress. It was a very good experience. We booked an appt and a sales person looked after us very well. We had to lay on a special bed that measured size, how you prefer to lie to sleep and other things, and recommended the best mattresses for us. We were able to try the different ones. We came out very satisfied ĺooking forward to receiving our new mattress.
