Had a conversation with Faheem who was honest, to the point and explained things in a language I understood (without the jargon that I find confusing). He was polite, listened attentively and advised accordingly which I’m grateful for. My regret is that I did not consult with Faheem (and the company) prior to speaking with my insurance company. Phenomenal all round assistance by the whole team. A replacement courtesy vehicle was provided within less than an hour after a collision & the most smoothest & professional service throughout. I was fully supported by the experienced and committed team in the entire process and I couldn’t ask for anymore. I wouldn’t ever contact anybody else should I ever require any help.
