Had a conversation with faheem who was honest, to the point and explained things in a language i understood (without the jargon that i find confusing). he was polite, listened attentively and advised accordingly which i’m grateful for. my regret is that i did not consult with faheem (and the company) prior to speaking with my insurance company. thank you once again. i genuinely appreciated your kindness during a traumatic period.
