Zorba The Greek Derby

The food here was EXCELLENT! And the staff was extremely friendly- they made us feel so welcome and they took great care of us throughout the meal. The owner Zorba was right up front to personally greet us and make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. Definitely recommend!!!

Wow just wow!! Decided to go for some Greek food and chose Zorba the Greek. Did not know what to expect but I was not disappointed at all. The decoration, space and whole ambience of the restaurant is superb. Staff are some of the friendliest you will meet and a true example of how you should be treated. The portion sizes for the food are huge!! We shared the mixed grill for two and it could have fed a family of 4. For the price it represents such good value for money. Also Gluten Free options (including pitta bread) which is fantastic. We were even treated to a shot at the end of the night which was the icing on the cake. 100% will be coming back. This restaurant is a credit to Derby

2nd visit and excellent food and service again with nothing too much trouble for the attentive staff. The blue and white decor along with authentic Greek food makes you feel like you’re in a traditional taverna 🇬🇷

Great little find in Derby whilst visiting a friend. We had the Greek Meze which consist of small dishes from starters, mains and dessert. It was amazing! The customer service was also fantastic. Can’t wait to return 😊

Warm welcome, table was ready, drinks order taken as soon as we arrived. Food delicious the portions are very large. Waiters readily available but not intrusive. They patiently explained some of the dishes to those in our party who hadn't been before. 5 people had starters and mains with beer, wine, soft drinks and bottled water for less than £150 including 10% service charge. 31-10-2023 Birthday meal very warm welcome, drinks order taken as soon as we arrived.
