I received excellent service and attention from the store manager, don. he painstakingly resolved a thorny problem i presented with a malfunctioning esim. it took time but his determination to find a satisfactory conclusion was a credit to his character and ability. recommended.
Went here to see what deal i could get for switching from another network. spoke to both don and ciaran. they were extremely knowledgeable and helped me through the process. also helped upgrade my wife who was a few months off for a good fee. would reccomend especially if switching. if i had to suggest an improvement, the whole process seemed long and the staff seemed unsure on the current offers. (lots of checking with manager on the phone). was in store for hours. but that's a small gripe.
Had two visits to store last week and spoke to dom who was really knowledgable and helpful and keen to sort out our problems but spent most time with tanikya who was brilliant. customer services processes with o2 (outside the shop's control) had caused me problems and when i rang them myself to sort it out i was just 'fobbed' off after waiting 30 minutes each time to speak to a person. spent 4 hours in the shop on friday, 3 hours of which were with tanikya who dispite being cut off by customer services twice, having to wait in the queue each time just as i had (ridiculous that o2 shop staff can't shortcut the wait to customer services) never gave up in wanting to solve the technicial problem and today i have got my old telephone number back. thank you so much, you are truely a star.
I came in this afternoon and spoke to tanika about upgrading my phone. i wasn’t too sure how to go about it and had a few questions which she promptly answered. she wasn’t pushy, she was so polite and very knowledgeable and helped me with each step, explaining as she went along. very glad i spoke to her, she was lovely.
It was an amazing experience, i had visited the o2 shop 2 days earlier and the person i met was very unfriendly and did not listen to my request about getting my sim changed and advised i go get some documents that was eventually not needed because when i visited and met katherine she was polite and very attentive, she was careful and professional in carrying out her duties, i didn't feel rushed but instead i felt important as she went through the whole migration from 4g sim to a 5g sim process. if i could score her an 11 i would. she deserves some sort of rewards and recognition to at least boost her morale to keep doing what she is doing. i had an amazing customer experience having my issue resolved. she is the reason i changed my rating to a 5 star.
