Boots Opticians Derby - Devonshire Walk (in Boots)

Normally go to Specsavers, i found Boots more thorough and didn't herd me in and out the door. Both ladies whom i dealt with were very helpful and professional

I was seen at my appointment time and quickly passed through the various checks. The optician took time to explain all the checks he carried out and the outcomes and I was reassured that the health of my eyes was consistent.

Everyone explained everything in detail - what they were doing and why they were doing it and were happy to answer any questions I had, from the test to the glasses. The lady helping me choose a new pair of glasses was lovely and I felt she was giving her honest opinion. Overall a great experience.

I visited today after trying to find glasses in 4 other Derby opticians. This store had the best range of glasses and the staff were friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing my new glasses from here and the man that checked me out was awesome and provided great customer service, unfortunately I didn’t get his name. I loved that they had ‘sustainable’ glasses too - such as the pair in the pic that I chose! They also do student discount which is helpful.
