In comparison to the Toton branch where the front of house member of staff was rude and condescending, I had a great experience here at the Intu Derby this morning. I didn't catch the lovely lady's name that listened, understood and fixed my glasses in 10 mins of me entering the store. You are great at your job and thank you!

I went in here for advice about choosing a new frame for my (very strong) prescription and was met with friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. I’ve never had such great service at an opticians, helping me to choose a frame and even able to calculate the thickness the lens would be in the different frames, including where the thickness would sit in the frame based on my prescription. I believe it was Sarah? The store manager who helped me- she was fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful. Just had to write a review. Five star service and I have been going to another (well known high st optician) for the last 15 years .. no comparisons! Just brilliant.
