Derby Wasp and Pest Control

Had a lot of wasp activity in the soffits on my bungalow but couldn’t see the nest. rang chris who managed to call round the same day. treated where they were coming in and out of two locations and by the next day not a single wasp to be seen. nice chap with good humour and the promise to return next day free of charge if not resolved. would recommend him 👍🏼

Called on a sunday morning, attended in the afternoon. the nest was in a difficult location at the base of the chimney. using his technology and tools he was able to apply the insecticide within minutes and the nest was inactive the next morning. a good job well done.

Really professional, very knowledgeable guy who attended to a wasp nest for us on a sunday after i text him late saturday night. gave me all the information i needed and was very efficient. less than 24 hours later and no sign of any wasps. even gave some time to chat to my toddler who was very excited for his visit and to see him in his wasp gear 🤣 thank you chris!

Amazing and excellent old fashioned good customer service by chris. rang on saturday morning after establishing a wasps nest, quick phone call and a couple of texts he was round and within 30 seconds of viewing roof area had identified a 2nd nest. chris talked through the issue(nests were difficult to get to), explained process he used and undertook job, within half hour he was done and the nests have been dealt with. excellent value for money and even offered to not charge more for dealing with 2nd nest. fantastic service and wouldn't hesitate to use again if needed(hopefully not). highly recommend and thanks again chris.

My son used chris to sort a wasp’s nest a few months ago, and spoke very highly of the service he received, so it was a no brainier to use him. i called chris on the friday and he was very responsive, despite having just landed after completing a larger job for frankfurt hotel. chris attended to the problem the following sunday morning and was prompt, efficient and had a very friendly disposition. the arrangement was: if they come back, i’ll come back no extra charge. what’s not to like? i wouldn’t consider wasting my time with the local council operatives and can’t recommend chris’s service highly enough. it’s a 10 from me.
