I would like to make a formal complaint in relation to the service I have received. I would like to confirm I have spent over £500 on laser hair removal with no results. I was promised results and you failed to deliver. The job has not/never been done properly. Your service workers do not use sanitary equipment and barely use towels to cover. This goes against human dignity. I have had to ask on numerous occasions to allow me to be comfortable. This is not how I expect to be treated or anyone in that matter. It was my first time that I went to this place, I had no experience and I thought this is how it should be! But when I tried different place and a lot cheaper, I realised I was wrong. First time at the salon Satvir carried out the treatment made me feel comfortable she was very friendly and professional would definitely recommend. Would be visiting again for another treatment.🙂

Very professional and friendly service, highly recommended. Satvir is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, leaves me with no questions to ask as she covers everything I can think of! Also the ambience of the reception and treatment rooms are very clean, welcoming and relaxing. 5* service all round :)
