Can't recommend enough. All the staff are lovely. I had 2 hours to get my gas cooker disconnected as I was moving house. Some other company said £200 as knew I was desperate and said " it's short notice ". All other companies were sorry too short notice. This company said dont worry I'll see whose nearby get someone to pop in. The guys popped in and said due to schedule can't refit at new house but will come the next day. True to his word he did and charged no extra which I was expecting as a Saturday. I then had an issue few weeks later and for free he face called me, looked at it and showed it was OK. Could easily of charged me to come out to look. best company ever and hundred percent 5 star and as I said all staff are lovely people. Highly recommend I'd use nobody else now.

One fine day, when I came home from work, I found that our boiler was not working, there was no hot water or heating. Then I contacted the KC company, to which they responded very quickly within a couple of hours, the master came to us, determining the cause of the breakdown, he said that he could not repair it right away because he did not have the necessary spare parts and that he would arrive the next day, of course I was upset but nothing can be done ... 15 minutes after he left, he called me and said that he could get the necessary spare part and in 5 minutes he would drive up to repair our boiler, which was done, which I am overly glad, our problem was fixed within 3 hours. I recommend this company very professional and responsive people.

Definitely recommend! I rang up yesterday and was given an appointment for 9am today. Super professional and good prices. The work took a bit longer than he expected due to rusty bolts but he didn’t charge any extra for the additional labour. Will use them again 👍

I highly recommend this company. 2 hours ago I called KC Plumbing to see if they could help with my broken boiler. And here I am, 2h later and they’ve already been to fix it. On a Saturday as well! Absolutely fantastic service and at a reasonable price - I've used KC for boiler servicing and radiator fitting previously and they were consistently the best price when fetching quotes. Thanks again!

Great service, responded quickly, fair price and got my shower replaced quickly with no issues. They also took the old one away and advised on another issues whilst they were there. Will be using again - thanks!
