We cannot thank Amanda and JC enough! I have had the pleasure of living in one of their properties for 13 years! They are both realists and will have your best interests at the forefront of any decision they make. We do not have a bad word to say about them. I cannot believe I was lucky enough to have had them as my landlord from the age of 17. They never discriminated and I never felt any less than a valued tenant, from Christmas cards and other ticket offers to an event. From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank you for being the BEST love Doreen, Lewis, Lewis and Lincoln.

While working in Derby, I rented a room for 8 months in one of Amanda / JC's properties. I had a really good experience: the place was clean and modern; the other tenants were friendly, quiet and easy to get along with and there was great communication between tenants and with Amanda via WhatsApp. If anything needed doing / repairing, JC would deal with it quickly. I wouldn't hesitate on renting a room from them again, should I be required to do so - 1st class company!

Really enjoyed my time in my house share! JC and Amanda were always super friendly, accommodating and helped provide communal cleaning and kitchen bits which was really useful. The room was a little outdated with wear and tear on the walls over the years but I loved having an en-suite. Really reasonable rent price and great location too! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of renting a shared room in this property, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From day one, it was clear that the landlord goes above and beyond to make tenants feel comfortable and cared for. Beyond the physical space, the atmosphere in the shared living areas was friendly and respectful. I had the opportunity to meet wonderful roommates and forge new friendships.

This letting agency is very professional and yet friendly to the needs of potential tenants. Amanda has been great in helping me have a place to stay in her property. The house is well run and kept clean at all times. Providing cleaning supplies and cleaning items all the time. I would have stayed there for years to come if I didn’t have to find a bigger place to live in with my family. I recommend THE YELLOW PROPERTY POT if you are in Derby and need a neat and well managed shared flat to stay in.
