I am a landlord with a few properties that TMS have been managing for me for several years now. I have used several other agencies previously and I can honestly say that the serviceI receive from TMS is first class. They report any maintenance issues to me in a timely manner and always resolve them quickly. They always find excellent tenants, and as I am in touch with my tenants I know they are happy also. I am a professional property investor and I highly recommend TMS.

We currently rent out three properties through TMS. Ever since we first engaged their services they have been extremely responsive, and excellent at dealing with any issue, whether it is coming from us or the tenants. For each property they managed to find brilliant tenants who always seem motivated to look after the property. The 6% rate is less than most agents, so on all fronts I don't think their services and value could be bettered. We will definitely be using them again.

I have recently moved into a property through TMS and I can't recommend them enough. From meeting Robyn who showed us our beautiful home to Tom and Manpal having incredible patience with me even though I was harassing them every during the process!
