DW Removals of Derby

I've used DW Removals a number of times for moves and storage. David and the team are polite, reliable and most importantly, careful with your things - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to use again in future.

After contacting a few different removal companies based on Google review, DW Removals provided best quotation. The response were very prompt and helpful. I managed to book the service quite fast, which was really good. By the time I packed my belongings, I realised I completely underestimated the no. Of boxes and other items that need moving. I mentioned this when they arrived and this was not a problem at all! (the items I need for house moving could still fit in their van :-)) On the day of service, the removal team arrived to the property promptly, and did a quick assessment before starting to move my stuff into the van. Throughout the move, they were very professional and friendly. I even changed my mine about leaving dismantled double canvas wardrobe to wanting to take it to the new place, again, no problem! The apartment I moved to, is on a second floor with no lift, but they worked so efficiently and professionally! Prior to booking the service, I checked the company including the Google review, Derby council business check etc., and the team just surpassed all my expectation. Absolutely brilliant, they checked in with me thorough out with what items need moving and to which room etc. I honest cannot recommend them enough and will most definitely be using their service again for my next move (hopefully, won’t be for a while!) Excellent to deal with and responsive where other businesses leave you waiting for a quote. Really took care of our multi point office move, the job wasn’t an easy one and all carried out professionally, without complete and on time. I’d book DW again every time. Thank you so much Dave and staff for taking away the headache. I also have to say they’re priced very competitively.
