I have recently visited Richmond Villages, Aston-on-Trent, to book a short stay for my mother. I would like to thank Deborah for showing me around. She couldn’t have been more helpful with the many questions I had. The apartments, facilities and staff are superb and I would recommend anyone wishing for a 5* respite stay to visit.

I have been very impressed by the professional and friendly staff at Richmond Village when I was making enquiries for an elderly relative. Their communication with me, setting up a visit was excellent and Jack showed me around the Village and talked me through all the possible living arrangements and activities that were offered. The information pack was comprehensive and gave a breakdown of all the prices so there would be no surprises.

Deborah showed us around this very impressive village, giving a service that was both friendly and highly professional. The facilities really make this location effectively a spa resort, at a very reasonable cost. Its integration with the local community (we met some local residents at the cafe/bar--very decent food) is also a great feature, meaning there's not so much feeling of an enclave of retirees only. It's currently no.1 on our list as we research options and will be hard to beat.

As a complex you could not ask for more, as we walked round it’s like a hotel and you feel very safe and looked after. Debbie had listened carefully to what we needed for mum and showed us all the options of accommodation within our budget and explained what was included and what else was available should we need to top up the care she may need in the future.
