Rob and the team at poseidon have been absolutely superb from start to finish. from the initial enquiry, rob and his colleagues went over and above to ensure we were completely happy with our purchase. even through the delays caused by covid, we were kept fully informed. now we have our brilliant spa and are thoroughly enjoying it. delivery went super smooth, and even our access (which wasn’t bad, but not straightforward) was no hassle for the team. perfect experience - thank you all 🙏🙏🙏

Obviously when we started thinking about a hot tub we looked locally . everything was priced separately being absolute newbies we didn't know what we would need . as we added things to our list the price rose dramatically . then my partner jeff then found poseidon , they offered all we needed to get started in a complete package & it was over £3000 cheaper than buying locally . we made the trip to their showroom & we couldn't believe the tub we were shown , this can't be the one we were interested in i said . it was bigger , better , had more features than we were expecting . we chatted to mark , he didn't try to persuade us to upgrade to a more expensive tub . now we knew there would be a wait for our tub . this was nothing to do with poseidon this was due to customs hold ups at the docks that affected all imports . we ordered in july & were given a date of october installation , seems like a long time but no where near as long as some people have waited with other companies we've found out since . we got out site ready & the day came in october just as they had told us . tub arrived & was installed ( all part of the package) we listened to the instructions , or so we thought . we have made several calls to poseidon for advice & they ( especially rob ) have gone above & beyond to advise & sort us out . it really is a learning curve , but the advice we have been given has made us confident on keeping our chemicals balanced . we are so pleased with our tub , it really was value for money . we have used it far more than we expected . we'd recommend poseidon spas to anyone , they have an extensive range , ours was one of the cheapest . we can vouch that their after sales service is second to none & that's what you need when you have not had a hot tub before .

Couldn’t be happier from the service we recieved. all are questions were answered promptly, ordering was easy. fast delivery time and instillation went smoothly. the whole team have been more than helpful and we absolutely love our new hot tub, great value for money and exactly what we were looking for.

Highly recommend poseidon spas from the sales to delivery to installation has been perfect customer service! the guys were friendly, knowledgable and professional! they was very helpful and gave a step by step guide on instructions, maintenance & chemicals. we could not be more happier with our ha long bay spa. special thanks to rob & mark on all of their help & hard work!
