Chennai Dosa

Very nice and clean place and the staff was friendly. We ordered a medium T-bone steak and Chicken Nimbala. The steak came not just well done but overcooked which was very disappointing. Chicken Nimbala was decent. If you want to eat steak I won’t recommend this place.

I generally do not eat out in Derby, due to the lack of quality in food i have experienced historically, as well as service. However I visited this eatery over the weekend,during its most busiest period. We appreciated there would be a wait, however we were happy to wait. On arrival We were welcomed in a great manner, the gentleman was very warming and he also took our order. We admired his enthusiasm he bought to the business, his knowledge regarding the food on the menu was credible. We asked for recommendations etc and did not regret this. The food arrived and we were very impressed with the presentation. We ordered the Hot shot Parmesan, the beef burger, Chicken Pasta, BBQ wings, steak. The food was full of flavor, very appetizing. The wings and the steak were very succulent, mouthwatering. Overall i would rate this establishment a 10 if i could. The service to the food to the decor was impeccable. I would most defiantly be recommending to all Family/Friends and shall no doubt be returning very soon! It most certainly baffles me that Derby has been yearning for a decent place to eat, you get one and all they do is complain about ridiculous things! GIVE SOMEONE A CHANCE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came across this place while driving past. Parking is an issue bit managed to eventually find a spot on a side road. The inside is very nice and the staff friendly. Did came out quick and was very well priced. The sirloin steak was good and the chicken parmesan was just ok. Would come back for the steak and drinks.

Currently the restaurant is cash only, there is an ATM across the road. Very nice food, great atmosphere, the masala dosa could have been a little crispier but otherwise a fantastic meal with great chutneys
