Had a taxi from the middle of nowhere on the edge of derby. our return was provided by the same driver who took us. an excellent experience, arrived on time and was most patient with us. certainly recommend this company and their excellent service
Pickup was on time. opted for the set price and prepaid. the drive did no need to see my electronic receipt. give the driver a different route to the one he was going to take. go to where i wanted, i would use this service again.
Very late arrangement of a cab for dispatch had me really worried. no cab assigned 20 mins after the booked time of 3pm. driver arrived long after booked time due to this, but once we were with them we made good time and the driver was really nice. a mixed bag on this occasion but i use western regularly and they're usually really good. i expect that the extreme heat today has been a factor.
First time use but impressed with how quick they sent a taxi and sent details of car , colour , make and registration. not badly priced for a saturday night
