TUI Holiday Store

Great experience, staff very helpful, faye was excellent, took her time looking for a great package to suit our needs. would definitely recommend, didn't take long at all.plenty of space in the shop aswell for anyone suffering from anxiety.

Needed help on a new holiday destination and was given so much advice/support by the lovely hannah. her knowledge on many different destinations was outstanding, especially all her tips on turkey and her customer service was impeccable! would not go anywhere else to book my holidays! thank you so much hannah :)

We normally book online but we went into store to have a browse. we was served by hannah who spent the time getting to know what kind of holiday we wanted and what was important to us. she filled us with confidence and really knew her stuff!! we are now counting down the weeks to our holiday! thank you hannah, we will be seeing you again soon to book another holiday in store!

Wandered into the derbion tui store, looking for some holiday inspiration. we were served by faye, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, whilst maintaining a very friendly approach. cruise booked, personalised to exactly what we wanted. great service. thank you faye!

Visited the tui derby store today to get some euros for my holiday, i was served by hannah and she was very approachable and did everything to help me with answering any questions i had, she also gave me the best rate on my euros will definitely be returning to book my next holiday with her, thankyou!
