I have just taken delivery of my beautiful new sofa from martin & parker. i can only say how excellent the service was from the moment i first went to the showroom through the design and order process and eventually at the delivery. they kept me informed all along the way, and even when i made slight adjustments, everything was okay. and to add to this, they have just delivered it and installed it with a minimum of fuss very quickly and very professional. i think it would be difficult to buy from anyone else now.

Excellent service from martin and parker. we received our new settees this week and were so impressed with the craftsmanship and fabric selected. there help all the way thru the process has been excellent. we also had a headboard made at the last minute and couldn't be happier. many thanks to everyone.

From the first moment i entered the showroom, i was approached by a very helpful, friendly polite young man called martin. he was absolutely fantastic in helping me sort out sizing, fabric and colour for my new sofa. when it got delivered the lads were spot on time ( very impressive) i asked their names and was told they were tom and paul. they were so lovely, friendly, well mannered and polite. they put my sofa in the place i wanted it, screwed the legs on and placed the cushions on top. never ever have i experienced such courtesy and professionalism from any other store. now i have found martin and parker, i will never go anywhere else. thank you so much guys. i love my new sofa
