Great service, viz is friendly, reliable, efficient and professional. you don't have to be in when the windows are being cleaned as the system uses its own water. highly recommend the glass guru.

I found viz after asking for recommendations on a local facebook page. my last window cleaner had become unreliable and as a result my windows hadn't been cleaned for a while. viz's initial contact was friendly and professional. on the first clean he spent extra time on the sills and frames as well as the glass. it was a huge improvement. he now cleans them every 4 weeks. i get a text the day before so i know when to expect him and allow him access to the back garden if i am out. payment is by bank transfer making it very simple. i have been so pleased that i feel able to recommend viz to others.
