Calm is my most favourite place in the world. I’ve suffered a life changing injury recently and prior to this I enjoyed strong dynamic flows and practices, whereas now these don’t feature and I’m all about the restorative, meditation, yin, gentle movement and stretch, both for my body and mind. Everyone at Calm is so so kind, there couldn’t be a more welcoming space. I feel very lucky I’m able to visit each week, it’s the thing I look forward to the most!

Amazing as always! Love the classes at calm, especially Pilates. Charlotte is super knowledgeable. It’s the only class I’ve ever loved coming to without it being a drag. I try to come twice a week, favourite time of the day! Thank you Charlotte.

I have been coming here for just over 6 months and can honestly say it’s the most wonderful place. The variation and availability of classes is fantastic. All the staff are great and I especially enjoy classes with Grace and Laura-Lee who are knowledgable, creative and encouraging!

Absolutely love Calm! I have been attending classes since January after a free five day trial - I was hooked. There is a great variety of classes and the teachers all have different styles which I enjoy. I feel like I have progressed so much with my physical strength and balance and I feel great as a result. In every class there are always options that allow me to listen to my body and push myself further if I want to. I have had treatments here too and gifted treatments and workshops to family and friends. Highly recommend 👍
