I started going to Abbie's class recently and I'm really enjoying them! She takes the time to show the moves off and each lesson we've had different moves to try. I really enjoy how she starts and ends the class with a 5 minute breathing and calming exercise- great to get into the zone at the start, but it also prepares you for going back outside to the world. Not that you want to because Old Stables Wellness is a beautifully serene place.
