Very nice staff. Unfortunately the delivery experience was appaling. Waited two months only for delivery to be cancelled twice the day before delivery. They also seem to do something where they don't call you but send you a text to say they tried. Then you have to call their call centre. Very frustrating.
Large, bright sofa and suite store at Crescent Link Retail Park. Lots of free parking. Good selection of sofas but the majority of them are fabric rather than leather. Helpful sales assistant without the usual pressure.
