O2 Shop Londonderry - Foyleside

I took my mum today to upgrade her phone. Ethan was so friendly, patient and helpful. He sorted everything out, gave her great advice about her contract and transferred everything to her new phone and tablet. He is a credit to the 02 store in Foyleside.

Called into today myself and husband as our contracts where up. I didn't get the guys name that served us but he very helpful and super friendly. Helped us choose a great contract thank you.

Called into the foyleside store today and was assisted by Angel. My mobile couldn't make or receive calls and this was a big issue two days before new year. Angel and a few of her colleagues were able to identify the source of the problem and sort it very quickly. Great Team and great service.
