After 6 months of struggling with long covid and after lots of help from the nhs, which was all useful but not progressing things quickly enough for me, i messaged holly and got some great advice. my acupuncture sessions have, in many different ways, triggered a number of improvements in my condition. for one, my sleep pattern has improved and so have my energy levels. it's a long journey i'm on, but i now genuinely believe in acupuncture and i also know it will be a part of my recovery for some time to come. thanks holly!
Just had my frist treatment with niddles and cupping, was fantastic care and relaxing place. as ex service person she is very understanding with you and has time to get know your needs. looking forward to having my 2nd treatment
Been ex military i've had four sessions of acupuncture in my ears with holly to help with my ptsd and it's been wonderful with impressive results. would highly recommend this lady to any ex service personnel, with similar issues.
I was really pleased to find a great acupuncture therapist in doncaster. holly has been helping me with low energy levels and feelings of being 'lost' for a while now. i always find the sessions very suportive. holly has a lovely contageous energy and she is very intuitive with the needles. i always look forward to feeling re balanced, relaxed and more in contact with my true self afterwards. i would definately recommend holly! 😊
As a veteran and sceptic of acupuncture, i came across holly by accident (fate) and after a short chat she convinced me to "give it a go". i was medically discharged from the army after 25 years with spinal stenosis and also nerve issues after a fall. i was extremely hesitant, and due to my condition, it was a case of trial and error after all, i had seen dozens of nhs physios without success. my first appointment consisted of cupping followed by full body needles and i have to admit i was exhausted when i returned home, but in a good way and for the first time in months, i slept like a baby. i followed on with 5 further sessions of needles and to my amazement, i was up and nearly pain free for the first time in years. holly and i had some great chats during these sessions, she was more like my councillor than therapist, i would recommend her to anyone and everyone, if you are a sceptic, like i was, be prepared to be proven wrong! a great ambassador of veteran assistance and support and a genuinely lovely person.
