Very nice park. well worth a visit. excellent food in cafe. very interesting museum in the main house which is surrounded by beautiful parkland. there's even a micro brewery!
Absolutely lovely time here. great walk with the dog and a cup of yea and a piece of cake to finish in butlers cafe.
Beautiful surroundings and fascinating history. love the brew house and how they have kept as much of the original house as possible. the homemade pizzas were beautiful. staff very friendly and the area is kid and dog friendly too.
It's definitely a great day out for the whole family. there is a great play park with lots to play on. the manor house is stunning and you can visit inside. there is plenty of field space for you to have a picnic on, and there is a very nice little cafe off to the side in the courtyard. the woods are great for walking as well.
A beautifully located hall, gardens , cafe , pizza oven and craft beer stall . rolling hills looking towards doncaster , with easy to navigate trails and walk ways . picnic benches and sitting benches to enjoy the peace and tranquility , and two places to eat the olde brew house & butlers . there’s some large ponds with wild fowl on , bull rushes and other aquatic and bird life . parking reasonably priced , with good walking paths and routes . did not use wc’s , so cannot comment on them. great day out and centrally located just off the a1.
