Stoneacre Doncaster Barnby Dun Road

6/10/2023 I purchased my first ever Fiat, a 500 hybrid and it’s so cute 😊 I always imagined it would be too small inside but definitely not, quite the opposite. I don’t usually leave reviews but on this occasion Stoneacre Doncaster, Barnby Dun Road, deserve one. I dealt with Adrian Barr, he was professional and courteous from start to finish, no pushiness or arrogance which you sometimes find, he put me at ease and gave me confidence to go ahead and buy my new car. In fact all the guys in the dealership were great from manager to finance to guys in the showroom, all very friendly, you can’t say that about many dealerships ! Very helpful young guy named Ed showed me the Nissan Leaf that my wife's considering having. He was informed, pleasant to chat to and patiently listened to my daft questions! Well done Ed!

Fabulous customer service with Alex today took my son to buy his first car a Seat Ibiza and could not have asked for more. Alex was very polite explained everything very clear so we new exactly what we was doing. Alex was very helpful and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Had my service done today at Stoneacre in Doncaster. Olivia was so kind and helpful & greeted me with a smile. She called me halfway through the day to let me know how things were going and called me promptly to let me know the car was ready. From start to finish she was friendly, courteous and professional. Excellent customer service from the whole team, the car was spotless when I picked it up as they had also kindly cleaned it! Above & beyond!!
