Absolutely fantastic service from Ian at Mat & Mouse. My home PC was having some major problems and Ian was able to sort it by replacing the hard drive without losing any of my documents or photos. Although he needed my computer for a couple of days it didn't inconvenience me too much and I appreciate how efficient the fix was.

Very impressed with service. I contacted M & M last week re slow response on laptop. Unit was dropped off on Friday, picked up on Monday. New solid state drive fitted as recommended. Laptop now running much faster.

Excellent service. My WiFi connection for laptop and TV had gone down and Talktalk only offered advice over phone in switching cables around which was very stressful and had me in tears. Ian from Matt and Mouse provided a reassuring home visit where his calming presence provided me with confidence to understand what the wires were for and how to solve it.
