Very impressed with Fran all round. Acted very professionally and made my dog and myself feel very comfortable. Plus my dog was happy to be around her. Went to her for some extra help and support with some basic training. Does exactly as advertised and helped to build more of a relationship positively with my dog. She is now coming on leaps and bounds. Would definitely recommend.
