Mr Cotterill recently helped us with a complicated contract dispute with a defendant who wasn’t keen to cooperate to resolve things amicably. The defendant resisted mediation and sent robust warning communications and legal threats to dissuade us from pursuing the return of our deposit. Mr Cotterill unpicked the case and ranked our best courses of action. He made us aware from the beginning of potential pitfalls and appraised us of the financial reality of the dispute we were entering into. He bought clarity to our minds and made the eventual court hearing much less intimidating than it might have been.
