I needed a valuation on a property for probate and thought i would ring haart. a lovely lady rang me to confirm my appointment and i met with an agent call kenneth. he was very polite and friendly. he explained everything in detail so i would understand. given my situation he was very understandable and never made me feel under any pressure to sell.

Ken initially came out to value the property with a colleague. they were both friendly and professional and easy to chat to. ken was very thorough and made sure not to rush. he led us through the process and all the possible options open to us. we asked him to take some outside photos due to the time of year. and without our commitment to signing up, he understood why this would be important and did that for us. once we decided to use haart the process was very quick. we was paired with sarah who has arranged our viewings. she has been so very friendly, communicative and easy to work with. i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
