Very nice experience, dan was so helpful and we bought some really nice furniture

After looking online we went into store straight away greeted by a helpful friendly guy called simon. he was so welcoming and nothing was enough trouble for him. he took us around showed us what we were asking about yet also left us alone to think k and look around. he definitely made the experience all the better he was such a lovely guy and so helpful. of course we purchased we was going to anyway but simon made it that more enjoyable. highly recommended

What a positive experience visiting oak furnitureland in doncaster ,we new exactly what we wanted daniel the sales guy was very helpful we told him what we wanted and he showed us our options daniel's knowledge of the products helped us decide we had a positive experience at oak furnitureland and would highly recommend.

I rarely feel compelled to write online reviews but in this instance it needed to be done in regard to the doncaster store and in particular paul senior. after speaking to a store near me via telephone in regard to the suitability of some products i wanted to purchase for a family member it quickly became apparent the staff were unsure of the full product specification and instead of looking into things with me they fobbed me off. i called the national number and got through to the main sales office, again the same thing happened and my questions did not get answered sufficiently for me to comfortably place an order. as i was about to give up and just order something elsewhere i realised there was another store close to me in the opposite direction to the first one i called, so with the old third time lucky saying i gave it a go. i got through to paul who answered my questions within 3 minutes and confirmed exactly what i needed to know, paul clearly has a vast knowledge of the product's he's selling, timber and the furniture trade in general. needless to say i ordered the items immediately which again with paul's help took a matter of minutes to process and book a delivery day there and then. thanks again paul and i'm sure my mum will be excited to get her new sideboards delivered in a few weeks.
