I wanted a dinning table and chairs but couldnt decide on the style , so one of the sales ladies was absolutely brilliant in her advice and taking time in helping me in my choice and getting one of the managers to bring three different style of chairs to try against the table,,then I wanted a couple of sofas for my lounge, again I didn't really know what I was looking for ,but the sales lady again did the job and helped me make the right choice in sofas ,with great advice and a friendly approach no pushy sales either, also the delivery team yet again very professional and friendly. I'm absolutely frilled with quality of the items I have bought and they look amazing . Thanks again ward brothers a brilliant friendly experience and very professional.

Had a new carpet fitted - the whole process was carried out with old fashion courtesy and kindness and the carpet is 10/10 success. All the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and took time and care with us. They really do put the customers needs first. Can not recommend highly enough
