Great gym, full to the brim with kit. Great staff and a really nice group of members too. 2024 the gym is still awesome.

After returning to training after a long time off due to health problems and surgery last night 16/01/23 was my first session back at a gym. Craig the owner made me feel welcome and gave me some great advance on different training methods. Very pleasant experience friendly environment. Can’t recommend this gym anymore.
