Premier Inn Doncaster (Lakeside) hotel

Friendly customer service, great location next to an outlet shopping centre. Rooms were clean. Hallways and stairs could do with an extra clean, and ac made some funny loud noises occasionally but overall fab experience.

Stayed here after a day at Yorkshire wildlife park with our granddaughters. Hotel was spot on staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The beefeater for food was very good. Staff there went the extra mile. Food was good. Less than 5 minutes walk there is the lake which we walked round after breakfast. Fantastic walk lots of different birds on the lake loved by the 2 little ones. After that look round the shopping outlet center. Shopping was good and so much going on in there for the kids. This hotel is in a great location

Staff are fabulous - friendly, helpful, cheerful. Marie especially is full of good ideas on places to go! Rooms are clean with everything you need. Breakfast is very good! Really busy, but worth the queue (just a few minutes) the food honestly lives up to the expectations, and the staff at Lakeside exceed any expectations visitors may have. Brilliant. If it was closer to home we would definitely visit more often!

Plenty parking and good size spaces, check in was easy and quick. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The reception area was clean and bright with spare teas and coffees etc. Room was nice and big also had air con which came in handy. I would 100 percent recommend this as a hotel. As for the attached restaurant someone needs to hire a cleaner

A great little hotel for a on route stop over every thing you need including free parking. Our disabled room was perfect and on the ground floor. Food available and a beefeater next door . You are only five minutes walk from the Lakeside shopping mall and across the road is the lake itself with a two mile walk around for the fitness people. Staff very friendly so all in all a very pleasant stay and we will be returning again when in the area 👌
