David is an accomplished Hypnotherapist and guided me through a past life regression. The whole experience was very relaxing and illuminating. I wanted to stay there to explore my past lifestyle even longer. it felt very natural and very comfortable and I was really happy with the whole experience.

David helped me so much through what I want to say is the hardest part of my life so far, he is truly amazing at what he does. I struggle with Anxiety & OCD to the point it physically stops me doing activities which are considered "normal", I am so thankful for the help I received from him and how much he has made a difference to my life.

I sought help from David after decades of unhealthy relationships with food. I had lots of negative thought processes around what food I can eat, good and bad foods, limiting food intake and binge eating. I was in a constant state of thinking about food, what to eat, what not to eat, planning meals, identifying what food I can access where. It was exhausting. After my time with David my relationship with what I eat is much healthier. I do not go to bed at night and reflect on what I've eaten today, or what I'm going to eat tomorrow. We also did work around a hypnotic gastric band. As a result of my time with David and using the techniques he taught me I have lost weight with very little effort and am not consumed with thoughts about food. Thank you David

I went to see David to help me manage my stress and anxiety levels which I have struggled with for years. I went to a set sessions and after each session always came away feeling a lot more relaxed and calm. I now feel that it is me in control of my anxiety rather than my anxiety being in control of me.
