Gurkha lounge

Excellent food. The place looks a little run down from the outside, but it is worth going on. The front of house guy is extremely friendly and we had a great chat about the food. The food was brilliant - very tasty and a great choice of dishes. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is there were no desserts. The atmosphere lost a star because it was very quite - probably my fault as I went in straight after they opened. I shall be back the next time I'm on Doncaster - hopefully there will be some desserts then.

Absolutely marvellous, you van really taste the flavours for ages after eating the delicious spicy curries. I won't be going anywhere else for Indian. Smashing people who are warm and welcoming too. Thanks!

This was our first time going and the reason we did was because my son had ordered on line from them and it was the best curry we have had so when I found out that they had a restaurant we had to try it. We was not disappointed the service was excellent and the food was amazing you are not rushed and they leave a nice little gap between staters and main meal so you can have a nice conversation with who you go with and it is not expensive and the size of the portions was really good I will definitely be going again and I would highly recommend anyone wanting to go to go and have a look and try it. Really really nice food and stuff out. Very pleasant
