One Call Insurance

TD1 It was very difficult getting through to One Call. No 30 on waiting list for live chat but got through on the phone after 35 mins. Once I was answered the experience was very pleasant and professional. I had a few questions and an amendment to my policy which were dealt with efficiently and quickly. Thank you.

The date is now 24th October (several weeks since taking out my car insurance) and, apart from seeing that One Call have debited my bank account. I have had absolutely nothing else from you. I was assured that my insurance policy documents, certificate of insurance etc, would be posted to my home address and I have received nothing on-line. Currently, I could not show any proof that my car is insured should I be requested to do so. I would appreciate a response to this message. John Aldred John
