Ernest Jones

I popped in to Ernest Jones at Frenchgate this week to exchange or return two bracelets that had tight knots in the tiny links. Two members of staff came to help, they were really friendly, fixed my bracelets and laid them in new boxes that would hold the chains without knotting. I felt really well cared for and they couldn’t have done more for me.

I would like to say a big, big thank you to Laura and Olivia for their help when I visited the store on Tuesday.

Welcoming and engaging store in the city. Maryann thanks for making my shopping easier. Love the ring for my anniversary. Always, have reasons come back to the store.
