The staff at HLBrown, treated myself and my wife with the utmost courtesy. They were very professional and still very friendly towards us. It was apparent that the staff were very knowledgeable about their subject and our repair was done very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend HLBrown.

The staff were really welcoming and accommodated my request to see an item from another store- which I did not purchase, instead I purchased an in store item. When I collected my ring ( as it required re-sizing) the service was efficient and staff communicated quickly when ready to be collected. Excellent personalised service. Thank you.

We took our granddaughter to look for a piece of jewellery for her 21st birthday. She fell in love with a necklace which was on display in the window of the Doncaster store of H.Browns. We were welcomed in by staff, who made our granddaughter feel very special on her special day. The service was excellent, the necklace very beautiful, the whole experience will be a treasured memory for us all.

Excellent customer service. Purchased a ruby ring for my wedding anniversary as 40 years is a bit of a milestone and I wanted to buy from somewhere I trust. We also had our rings cleaned and they came back looking like new. Really pleased with the results.
