I needed my lock changing same day, i called lock & key and they we're very accommodating. the price was reasonable too. the locksmith arrived 2 hours later and was very polite and had the job done within minutes. would highly recommend.

Rang and 2 polite friendly young men came out within the hour. they fitted a new upgraded lock on one door and repaired my sliding patio door lock which didn't work. all for a very reasonable price. very happy with the work and would recommend.

The service was professional and the customer service was excellent. on the day i had my lock changed, ash phoned me 30 minutes before my appointment. he was polite, quick, efficient and did an excellent job. after my appointment, ash followed up to check if everything was fine.

Terry was excellent and came to our rescue when our front door mortise lock failed. we were unable to open the door and the key was just turning in the lock. he arrived within four hours of my telephone enquiry at the time specified. luckily we had an alternative exit and we’re home when it happened so it wasn’t an emergency. he replaced the lock like for like in no time at all. we don’t need to pull and push at the door now and it operates with a lovely smooth action. a perfect job. thanks terry…doncaster lock & key will be our first port of call for any future issues. most impressed.
