In the end i didn't have to use shauns services as the missing keys were finally located. that said shaun responded immediately to my messages and calls and was prepared to undertake the work at very short notice even if i could not be there.

Really recommend shaun. he came out as an emergency call out at 5:30pm on a monday evening after my mechanism had broken and we couldn’t open the front door. shaun explained what had happened, put a temporary lock in over night whilst he got a replacement we needed the very next morning and fitted it within a matter of minutes. shaun charged us very reasonably. shaun is a very nice guy and 100% recommend him should you get locked out or need any new locks. thanks shaun
