I have only positive things to say about how OCL Solicitors handled my claim. Once they were instructed to represent me they were very quick and efficient with their work. This process was undertaken by Karli Ellis at OCL and I found her empathic and very professional. Perhaps the most important thing was that she made a point of staying in touch with me on a regular basis to update me on the case. At the time this was really important to me as there previously had been endless delays before my claim was taken on by OCL. I highly recommend them and I thank Karli Ellis for all her hard work.

Following a road traffic collision a case was brought against me which I knew was fraudulent but I was led to believe by a third party that it would be easier and cheaper for my insurance company to pay out. Thanks to the work and perseverance of OCL solicitors no case was proved and the claim withdrawn much to my relief. I am extremely grateful to them !

Excellent service overall once Callie was on the case. The only constructive advice I would offer to future clients is that if you are sent any paperwork or forms to fill in, take copies before sending back, as I sent a form which went missing, after I returned it, and they seemed to be unable to send another copy. This held everything up for several months. Other than that, no problems, regular correspondence and provided help when i asked.
